Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant to Celebrate Cinco de Mayo
With Specials Throughout the Holiday Weekend
The hacienda-inspired restaurant and cantina will celebrate with a fiesta
of live mariachi music, drink specials and fun giveaways
This Cinco de Mayo, Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant in Downtown Summerlin will host a festive four-day celebration from Friday, May 2 through Monday, May 5, featuring live mariachi music, drink specials and fun giveaways.
Throughout the weekend, the hacienda-inspired restaurant will offer Casa Noble Tequila cocktails and shots will be available for $10 and The Producer Mezcal cocktails will be available for $13. On Cinco de Mayo, Mexican draft beers will be available for $7, including Corona Premier, Modelo Especial, Modelo Negra and Pacifico. In addition, a mariachi band will perform each day from noon to 5 p.m., creating a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere for guests celebrating the holiday while festive prizes are given away throughout the day.
Known for its colorful décor and bold Mexican flavors, Pancho’s also features a robust menu of crowd-pleasers including sizzling fajitas, burritos, enchiladas and specialties like the Camarones a la Crema de Ajo featuring jumbo shrimp sautéed in garlic butter, onions and cherry tomatoes, served with Pancho’s special green rice and grilled julienned vegetables, priced at $28.95 or the Birria Chef Ramón featuring oven roasted chunks of beef marinated in special herbs and guajillo chiles served in its own juices and complemented with onion, cilantro, lime and a special traditional sauce, served with Mexican-style rice, beans and a choice of flour or corn tortillas, priced at $26.95.
Available exclusively in the cantina, Pancho’s offers happy hour every day of the week, from 2 to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Specials include $3 off house and flavored margaritas, well cocktails and house wines. Tequila Sundays will also be in full swing from 3 to 9 p.m., featuring 50 percent off tequila pours from an extensive list of more than 40 premium selections.
