Servicemembers with a Discount for Veterans Day
All active duty, reserve and retired military will receive 15% discount on
food with valid military ID.
To honor those on active duty and retired military personnel, Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will offer a 15% discount with valid military ID on Veterans Day, Saturday, Nov. 11.
Serving traditional and modern Mexican fare in a setting reminiscent of hacienda, the discount will be available throughout the day and valid for any of Pancho’s signature dishes. Favorites include appetizers like the taquitos Dorados, which includes five crispy taquitos filled with spiced shredded beef or chicken, garnished with guacamole, sour cream, Pancho’s salsa verde especial and cotija cheese. Guests can also indulge in savory entrées such as Pancho’s Combinacion Especial, featuring a beef taco, cheese enchilada, and chile relleno. All combinations come with Mexican-style rice and a choice of Mexican-style beans, frijoles de la olla, or frijoles negros.
Pancho’s is also home to a festive cantina which offers a variety of signature cocktails such as the Naughty Maggie, made with Campo Azul tequila and a Grand Mariner float, or the Azul piña colada, made with Malibu coconut rum, light rum, blue curaçao, pineapple and coconut.
