The hacienda-inspired restaurant and cantina will celebrate moms with
festive brunch favorites and a complimentary mimosa to toast their special day.
This Mother’s Day, Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant in Downtown Summerlin invites guests to celebrate the special women in their lives with a festive and flavorful brunch. Surrounded by colorful décor and warm, welcoming energy, mothers will be treated to a complimentary “mom-osa” to start their celebration.
From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 11, moms can enjoy a complimentary “mom-osa” with the purchase of any brunch entrée. Pancho’s offers an extensive brunch menu featuring authentic Mexican recipes and flavors like the Ultimate Breakfast Burrito, a savory combination of scrambled eggs, diced ham, roasted potatoes, onions, chiles, and tomatoes, all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla and topped with Spanish sauce, avocado slices and sour cream, priced at $17.95. Another favorite is the chilaquiles verdes, made with tender chicken and tortilla strips simmered in fresh tomatillo sauce, topped with grated cheeses and sour cream, then baked and served with black beans and sprinkled with Cotija cheese, also priced at $17.95.
Following brunch, guests can continue the festivities inside Pancho’s vibrant cantina with Sunday happy hour specials available from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., offering $3 off house and flavored margaritas, well cocktails, and house wines. Tequila Sundays will also be in full swing from 3 to 9 p.m., featuring 50 percent off tequila pours from an extensive list of more than 40 premium selections.
