Palms Casino Resort is proud to honor and celebrate the brave men and women who serve our communities and country by offering special benefits on National First Responders Day, October 28, and Veteran’s Day, November 11. In recognition of their dedication, all current and new Club Serrano Star Card members, including U.S. Armed Forces members, veterans, and first responders, will receive a complimentary brunch or dinner at the widely popular A.Y.C.E. Buffet and $10 in Free Play.

Complementing the Club Serrano program, the Club Serrano Star Card program was designed to honor, reward, and prioritize veterans, active-duty service members, and first responders, including EMS, firefighters, police officers, and emergency dispatchers. As part of this program, Palms Casino Resort is committed to showing its appreciation for these heroes by offering year-round discounts and exclusive benefits, with additional rewards on key holidays such as National First Responders Day and Veteran’s Day.
