Palate Las Vegas Unleashes Puppy Hour Ft. Pupper-tinis and Barkuterie Boards

PALATE LAS VEGAS UNLEASHES PUPPY HOUR, FEATURING SIGNATURE “PUPPER-TINIS” AND “BARKUTERIE BOARDS”

Launching Wednesday, November 20, bring your pups to enjoy pet-friendly menu specials, all while supporting Vegas Pet Rescue Project.

As the desert heat finally gives way to cooler evenings, Palate Las Vegas invites both regulars and first-timers to its vibrant patio in the Arts District for a special celebration. On Wednesday, November 20, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., the restaurant will officially launch Puppy Hour, a daily event designed to treat furry friends and their owners alike.

The Puppy Hour menu features:

  • Barkuterie Board composed of dog jerky, seasonal fruits, and vegetables ($10)
  • Pupper-tini: A refreshing bone broth “cocktail” for your pup ($5)

Guests attending the launch event can enjoy a complimentary cocktail as they toast to this new chapter of pet-friendly dining.

In celebration of the launch, Palate will donate a portion of the proceeds from every Barkuterie Board and Pupper-tini sold to the Vegas Pet Rescue Project (VPRP). VPRP’s primary mission is to support local animal shelters, including the Animal Foundation and Henderson Shelter, with a focus on pets in urgent need of adoption. They often welcome owner-surrendered pets when families can no longer care for them.

Additionally, VPRP funds a spay and neuter program and an owner assistance program to help low-income families access emergency medical care for their beloved animals while addressing overpopulation issues in Las Vegas.

“This launch has been in the works since our opening in May,” says Rudy Aguas, Managing Partner of Palate. “We wanted to ensure the timing was perfect, so pets could safely enjoy our patio without the intense summer heat. Now, with cooler weather and the holiday spirit in the air, we are excited to bring dog owners together and support a cause we’re passionate about.”

Palate’s Puppy Hour is available daily from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., offering a fresh, inclusive twist to the Las Vegas dining scene that ensures no family member—furry or otherwise—is left out.
