Streetlight Manifesto (Friday, July 12)

Streetlight Manifesto, a band of seven unique musicians, began as a one-album project in New Jersey. Their debut, “Everything Goes Numb,” quickly turned them into a full-time touring band. Known for high-energy shows, they blend rock with horns and draw from Latin, klezmer, folk, funk, jazz, and classical music. Despite evolving over 20 years, they remain true to their DIY roots, still playing sold-out shows with fans dancing and singing along.

In 1998, Juvenile partnered with Mannie Fresh and burst into the scene with his platinum-selling album “400 Degreez,” featuring his wildly successful singles “Ha” and “Back That Azz Up.” In just a year’s time, Juvenile would see himself with two more certified platinum albums with his successful follow-up solo album “Tha G-Code” and “Guerrilla Warfare,” as part of The Hot Boys, a rap supergroup featuring B.G., Juvenile, Lil’ Wane and Young Turk.

Polaris, the Sydney-based Australian metalcore band, features vocalist Jamie Hails, guitarist Rick Schneider, bassist/vocalist Jake Steinhauser, and drummer Daniel Furnari. They gained acclaim with their debut album ‘The Mortal Coil’ in 2017, nominated for the 2018 ARIA Award for Best Hard Rock. Their second album, ‘The Death of Me’, released in 2020, earned them another ARIA nomination. Polaris blends metalcore with progressive and post-rock elements, infusing personal lyrics addressing themes like anxiety and depression.
