DEBUTS SIGNATURE SPRING DISH: ASPARAGUS PIZZA
OTTO Enoteca e Pizzeria at The Venetian is now serving its signature dish for spring: Asparagus Pizza. OTTO features a new pizza every season in order to showcase the season’s freshest, most flavorful ingredients.
The spring dish incorporates house made pizza dough and Buffalo mozzarella, topped with grilled asparagus, mint and preserved lemon zest. The price is $20. The Asparagus Pizza will be available until mid-May.
