Easy’s Cocktail Lounge, a sultry speakeasy hidden within the highly lauded Proper Eats Food Hall at ARIA Resort & Casino, has announced its entertainment lineup and events for the month of September.
Special Events
● Country Couture: Sunday, Sept. 1
○ Country music royalty Cali Tucker takes to the stage for a night of country hits featuring her a live performance new single Country Couture, with doors opening at 6 p.m. Guests can treat themselves to specialty libations including the new sweet and tangy Southern Charm cocktail, made with Absolut Elyx, St. Germain, lime and lemon juice, strawberry puree, simple syrup and watermelon Red Bull, priced at $29.
● Diva’s Night: Thursday, Sept. 26
○ Join Easy’s for a night of stellar covers of classic girl-pop hits. Starting at 6 p.m., Easy’s Diva’s Night will feature performances from former American Idol contestant Destiny Malibu, talented vocalist Abby Belmer and powerhouse “pop princess” Megan Williams, covering favorites from Britney Spears, Mariah Carey, the Spice Girls and more. Guests can bop to their favorite songs while sipping on limited-time libations including the Paparazzi, Please, a take on the French 75 made with Monkey 47 Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Champagne, then garnished with an elegant lemon twist.
Spotlight Mondays:
Visit Easy’s each Monday for a secretive soirée catering to musicians throughout the industry. With past appearances from members of Lifehouse and Boys 2 Men as well as musicians who have shared the stage with artists like Adele, Spotlight Mondays offers plenty of surprises and musical delights. August’s Spotlight Mondays will take place on the following dates featuring live performances from the Justin Carder Trio:

Thursday Collective:
Featuring the best live music entertainment in Las Vegas, expert bartenders, and extraordinary cocktail creations, Easy’s Thursday Collective presents dazzling acoustic performances from solo artists and trios every Thursday from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. Easy’s menu includes an assortment of classic mixed drinks, wine and beer, as well as bottle and caviar service. Easy’s is also well-known for its over-the-top “show stopper” cocktails and specialty items, including multiple concoctions made with the partnering gin brand, Botanist. This includes Angel Eyes, made with Botanist gin, cantaloupe juice, orgeat, lemon and champagne; as well as the Shroomin’ cocktail, made with Botanist gin, matcha and lemon honey and served in two mushroom-shaped glasses on a decorative mossy tray. ○ Easy’s kicks off Mexican Independence Day weekend early with the vibrant five-piece Cuban ensemble Havana Express to the stage to showcase their fusion of musical genres including, Latin Jazz, Salsa, Pop, Rock, and Funk in English and Spanish. Their performances blend Cuban-style rhythms with an American twist, captivating audiences with infectious beats and vibrant entertainment.

● Havana Express is a vibrant Cuban ensemble showcasing a fusion of genres and Cuban rhythms with an American twist.
● Justin Carder Trio showcases namesake lead singer Justin Carder’s voice in a fresh light with a new style and backing like never before.
● Kaipo Kapua is a rising star in the Pacific Island music scene with a distinctive voice and a talent for crafting catchy hooks that stay with you long after the song is over.
● Megan Williams, self-proclaimed pop princess, brings classic diva energy that commands the stage during her performances.
