ONE Steakhouse to Honor St. Patrick’s Day with a
Traditional Irish Dinner and Lucky Cocktail
ONE Steakhouse at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day by serving traditional corned beef and cabbage along with an Irish whiskey-fueled cocktail.

In honor of the Irish holiday, ONE Steakhouse will offer guests traditional corned beef and cabbage with baby carrots and fingerling potatoes, priced at $38. The steakhouse’s popular “Get Lucky” specialty cocktail will also return to the menu for a limited time, made with Jameson Irish Whiskey, Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur, fresh lemon juice and garnished with candied ginger, priced at $18.
ONE’s full menu will also be available, which features an impressive selection of steaks, reimagined surf and turf selections and a 6-ounce Japanese Satsuma wagyu. Other signature delights include baked short rib rigatoni featuring whipped burrata, roasted tomato sauce and basil; roasted lamb chops complete with rosemary fondant, creamed spinach and currant jus; and fennel-crusted salmon served with marble potatoes and lobster butter.
