Eataly Bar, a vibrant and stylish gathering place inspired by the charm and energy of an Italian piazza, is now open at Eataly Las Vegas within Park MGM. Celebrating the completion of its renovations, Eataly Las Vegas continues to build new ways for guests to enjoy the Italian art of living. Seamlessly blending sophistication with the laid-back allure of the Amalfi Coast, Eataly Bar boasts a chic horseshoe-shaped design and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. Guests can also savor an authentic menu from Pizza al Padellino, the first Torino-style pizza concept to debut at any Eataly location in the United States.

EATALY BAR – A vibrant destination where the enchanting spirit of the Amalfi Coast meets the energy of Las Vegas. Designed in a sleek horseshoe shape, Eataly Bar presents a tempting array of Italian spritzes. Guests can enjoy their drinks in the cozy interior or take in the fresh air on the al fresco patio, made possible by the signature garage door opening. Whether indoors or out, guests can relax in an open space inspired by the coastal beauty of Italy while savoring expertly crafted dishes.
- ITALIAN COCKTAILS: The Eataly Bar cocktail menu draws inspiration from Italy’s rich tradition of aperitivi, offering 10 vibrant Italian spritzes, craft cocktails, and Italian wines. Featuring premium ingredients and innovative twists on classic recipes, these drinks are designed to deliver bold, refreshing, and effervescent flavors that perfectly complement the vibrant atmosphere of the new space. Menu highlights include:
- Sbagliato Royale ($23): A glamorous twist on the classic Negroni, the Sbagliato Royale features herbal notes of Nardini Bitter, the rich depth of Mirafiore Vermouth Rosso, and the sparkling elegance of Mirafiore Diavoletto Alta Langa – topped with a touch of edible glitter for a celebratory and visually captivating drink.
- Amarena ($21): This bold, sophisticated cocktail combines the smooth warmth of WhistlePig Piggyback Rye with the bitterness of Campari and the sweetness of Luxardo Maraschino and Fabri Cherry Syrup, topped with cherry bark bitters and an Amarena cherry.
- Frutti di Bosco ($20): Blending the smooth, full-bodied flavor of Buffalo Trace Bourbon with the sweet, tart essence of Pallini Raspicello, this cocktail is finished with a splash of crisp Prosecco for a refreshing mix of rich, fruity and bubbly notes.
- Al Fresco ($19): Evoking the feeling of a summer day in every sip, this is a refreshing blend of Botanist Gin, Ramazzotti Rosa, and Pallini Peachcello, complemented by sweet raspberry syrup and bubbly Moscato d’Asti.
- BRUSCHETTA BAR – Eataly Bar also offers a dedicated bruschetta menu, presenting a fresh take on the iconic Italian appetizer, with each bruschetta served on grilled housemade sourdough bread. Highlights include:
- Tartufo ($22): This Urbani black truffle bruschetta is topped with whipped ricotta, Urbani black truffles and a drizzle of truffle honey, creating a balance of savory and sweet flavors in every bite.
- Caponata ($18): A vibrant and flavorful take on a classic Italian antipasto, the Caponata bruschetta showcases creamy stracciatella cheese, tangy caponata, fresh basil and a drizzle of rich Olitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Pomodori e Olive ($16): This traditional bruschetta is topped with sweet, ripe tomatoes, briny olives, creamy stracciatella cheese and fresh basil, all finished with a drizzle of Olitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- SPORTS VIEWING – Eataly Bar is Las Vegas’ newest destination for sports fans. Steps away from T-Mobile Arena, Eataly Bar boasts numerous TV screens and is the perfect spot to watch all the action while enjoying gourmet Italian cuisine and beverages. Positioned next to Pizza al Padellino, guests can have fresh pizza delivered directly to their seats, ensuring they stay fully immersed in the action without missing a play.
- Big Game Watch Party: On Sunday, February 9, the Big Game will be shown at Eataly Bar, where guests can reserve seating in the newly designed seating area around the bar. PIZZA AL PADELLINO – At the heart of the additions to Eataly lies Pizza al Padellino, a destination showcasing pizza styles from Torino, Italy, where Eataly was founded. Menu highlights include:
- Funghi e Tartufi ($32): Featuring housemade mozzarella, roasted mixed mushrooms, and aged Agriform 14-month Parmigiano Reggiano® DOP, this pizza is finished with luxurious black truffles and a hint of thyme, offering a rich and indulgent blend of earthy, creamy, and umami flavors.
- Tricolore ($29): A vibrant combination of Ferrarini 14-month Prosciutto di Parma DOP, fresh arugula, creamy stracciatella cheese, and a drizzle of premium Italian extra virgin olive oil, this pizza delivers a harmonious balance of rich and savory flavors.
- Patate e Pancetta ($28): Layered with creamy, housemade mozzarella, savory roasted pancetta, tender Yukon Gold potatoes, and fragrant rosemary, this pizza combines rich, smoky, and aromatic flavors for complex and satisfying bite.
- Soppressata ($27): Combining bold Emilia salame with a rich base of Mutti tomato sauce and creamy housemade mozzarella, this pizza is finished with a touch of hot honey, delivering a perfect fusion of spicy, savory, and subtly sweet flavors.
Eataly Bar and Pizza al Padellino are now open on the lower level of Eataly Las Vegas, occupying the space that was previously home to the Wine Shop. Eataly Bar is open from 11 a.m. – 11:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. – 12:30 a.m. Friday through Saturday. Pizza al Padellino is open from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. Friday through Saturday.
