Local Women-Owned Restaurant Group Brings “Better Food. Better Mood” to Las Vegas through Reimagined
Family-friendly Classics, Gluten-free, and Vegan Options
Get ready to be in a better mood this fall! Alexandra Lourdes and Lin Jerome, owners of Cafe Lola and Saint Honore, are opening their 7th restaurant 3 Little Chicks, located at 7885 West Sunset Road, #180 on October 21.
“3 Little Chicks is named after our fantastic daughters,” said owner Alexandra Lourdes. “Five years ago we opened Cafe Lola and since then we opened Saint Honore and expanded locations across the valley, including The Forum Shops at Caesars and Allegiant Stadium. Since then Lin and I also had 3 daughters between our families. 3 Little Chicks is truly a labor of entrepreneurship, parenthood, and love, from our families to yours.”
Menu items showcase chicken classics with a twist, including grilled and fried sandwiches and tenders, salads, and bowls. The breading is naturally gluten-free and signature sauces are made in-house. Sides include fried pickles and sweet potato fries. The signature beverage is the housemade limeade with ginger and fresh lime. Vegan options include vanilla soft serve yogurt. 3 Little Chicks will offer dine-in, drive-through, and delivery options.
