NEWLY REMODELED LAX NIGHTCLUB LIGHTS UP
LUXOR HOTEL AND CASINO
Recently remodeled, LAX Nightclub at Luxor Hotel & Casino is lighting up the pyramid once again. The popular hotspot has reopened its doors and is welcoming nightlife and music lovers from around the globe to experience its new offerings and programming.
Redesigned by Kurstin Schmitz of Urbane Design in Las Vegas, LAX now boasts sleek, modern design features throughout. Guests enter the 26,000-square-foot venue through an impressive grand staircase. New features include a larger dance floor, state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems, refreshed interior décor emphasized by silver and gold hues along with enhanced VIP service and bottle selections. Also new is LAX Lounge – an intimate space with a full bar and DJ booth where guests can enjoy a cocktail before entering the nightclub.
“We redesigned LAX with the intention of creating a fresh, exciting and vibrant club,” said Chad Brown, vice president of marketing at Luxor. “Our guests will have an entirely different and fun entertainment experience at LAX.”
The club’s second story serves as an exclusive level featuring seven VIP lofts as well as a private dance area. Seemingly suspended over the main dance floor, each lavish loft has a bird’s-eye view of the lower level and comes complete with VIP service and amenities.
In addition to the design changes, LAX has revamped its programming and will feature music with widespread appeal focusing on emerging artists, including Bebe Rexha and Australian singer/songwriter Betty Who. Additional programming includes:
- #TBT: Thursday evenings at the nightclub are #TBT (Throwback Thursday) as hits from the ‘80s, ‘90s and 2000s play throughout the evening. Ladies drink for free from 10:30 p.m. to midnight.
- Commercial Pop and Emerging Artists: Friday and Saturday night s feature “Commercial Pop” – music and remixes from the top of today’s charts and scheduled performances from emerging artists. Unique and engaging performers explore the venue throughout the evening interacting with guests to create an “avant-garde” style of entertainment. Ladies drink for free from 10:30 p.m. to midnight.
LAX Nightclub is open Thursday through Saturday from 10:30 p.m. to close. Cover charges apply pending day and special events. All guests must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID.
