Dynamic Family Eatery will Feed and Delight Families
Ranch House Kitchen will bring delicious food and lots of fun to Town Square Las Vegas with its opening in May. Fine Entertainment’s new high-energy eatery will appeal to the entire family with contemporary comfort cuisine and live entertainment, from line dancing in the daytime for kids to live music and karaoke for adults at night.
“I can’t think of a better place than Town Square to introduce Ranch House Kitchen,” says owner Jonathan Fine. “Whether you’re five or 50, you’ll love the food and entertainment.”
Corporate Executive Chef Yvonne Maatouk has created a mouthwatering menu highlighting American comfort food with all the traditional fixings. Simplicity is at the core of Maatouk’s cooking, recreating the most beloved home-style breakfast, lunch and dinner classics with a modern spin. Patrons will feel at home as they take delight in Ranch House Kitchen’s hearty breakfast menu which will feature selections such as Breakfast Pizza, Breakfast Burritos and Jumbo Cinnamon Rolls served all day long. Guests may take delight in a weekend brunch buffet that will showcase an assortment of Ranch House Kitchen’s most delectable dining selections. Adults may also take advantage of a Bloody Mary Bar, which gives patrons a chance to craft their own perfect Bloody Marys with unlimited refills.
Ranch House Kitchen’s lunch and dinner menu will include lip-smacking entrées such as its Cheesy Meatball Madness, which features cheddar stuffed BBQ meatballs on a toasted focaccia roll with sautéed onions and topped with even more melted cheeses; Fried Green Tomato Sliders made with all beef patties stacked with fried green tomatoes, Cajun remoulade and hot sauce; and the Black & Blue Pizza topped with a homemade creamy blue cheese sauce, blackened sirloin steak and fresh diced tomatoes. A specialty section on the menu called “Potato Haven” will offer an array of tasty potato-based treats such as Bucking Bull Fries; BBQ Potato Chip Nachos; and a sweet and savory Sweet Potato Melt made with sweet potato tots that have been tossed in a buttery, cinnamon spice blend topped with toasted marshmallows and candied pecans.
The 15,000-square-foot restaurant and bar will depict a country western atmosphere with a contemporary edge. The centerpiece of the expansive eatery will showcase a mechanical bull available to revelers seeking a daring, fun time. Directly across from the mechanical bull is a stage for karaoke and line dancing for the entire family. Located on the second floor of the outdoor shopping mecca, across from Rave Motion Pictures, the family eatery will feature three full service bars as well as a 3,000-square-foot outdoor patio with views of neighboring retail shops and restaurants. A private entrance toward the back of the sprawling venue will offer direct access to Town Square valet parking services.
