NEON CITY FESTIVAL REVEALS SET TIMES AND AREA15 LAS VEGAS ART EXPERIENCES AHEAD OF NOV. 22-24 EVENT
TroyBoi Announced as New Headliner, Joining Alison Wonderland, Neon Trees, Russell Dickerson, Seven Lions and The All-American Rejects at Free for All Ages Music, Art and Culinary Event in Downtown Las Vegas
Neon City Festival – the first-of-its-kind music art and culinary event coming to downtown Las Vegas Nov. 22-24 – has announced its musical artist set times and various art installations by AREA15 Las Vegas. New headliner TroyBoi has been added to the lineup at this new free for all ages event, joining Alison Wonderland, Neon Trees, Russell Dickerson, Seven Lions and The All-American Rejects.
AREA15, the immersive art and entertainment district, has curated a mix of their most-popular installations and experiences for the Festival, including neon-lit artwork by Aliume at Wink World: Portals Into The Infinite; an immersive activation by Illuminarium; and a photo opportunity with a spectacular art car creation from Las Vegas artist, Henry Chang. Guests will also get an exclusive sneak peek at two thrilling new attractions coming to AREA15: Superplastic’s Dopeameme, The Dopeameme Institute for Pleasure Research and the John Wick Experience.
Neon City Festival features four stages in Downtown Las Vegas including Downtown Las Vegas Events Center and Fremont Street Experience’s Main Street Stage, First Street Stage and Third Street Stage, as well as Swan Dive located in the Arts District. During the event, each stage will boast a different music genre each night, ranging from country, to EDM, pop, rock, hip hop and everything in between.

- Local Art: Neon City Festival’s art programming will be curated by AREA15 Las Vegas, where festival goers can peruse installations east of Downtown Las Vegas Events Center near The Lott throughout the weekend. This includes neon-lit artwork by Aliume at Wink World: Portals Into The Infinite; an immersive activation by Illuminarium; and a photo opportunity with a spectacular art car creation from Las Vegas artist, Henry Chang. - Pop-Up Shops: A variety of pop-up shops and booths will be placed throughout the grounds. This includes Recycled Propaganda – artwork aimed at encouraging critical thought; Tristan Shearer – photographer exploring collodion photography; Essence Permanent Jewelry – a permanent jewelry activation; Sara Godbout – confidence coach booth; Reapers Grip – skateboard merch and accessories; 6k Industries – jewelry, apparel, macrame and crochet; Krystal Kartel – jewelry and decorations made from healing crystals; House of Bills – handmade arts & crafts; Mooncraft Gifts – unique, custom jewelry; Pinup Ally – alt fashion apparel; plus many more.
- Culinary Experiences: Guests can discover a diverse lineup of local vendors – ranging from taco trucks to empanada carts, sushi stands and more. Food vendors will be located at Casino Center Blvd. on the north and south sides of Viva Vision, as well as at The Lott, located east of Downtown Las Vegas Events Center across 3rd Street. The Omaha Steaks Culinary Experience will be located at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center, featuring an all-you-can-eat tasting including whiskey-grilled steak, filet mignon burger, shrimp ceviche and more.
- Daily Fireworks: A firework show will take place every night on top of the Plaza Hotel & Casino at 10 p.m.
