Aqua Seafood & Caviar Restaurant, michelin-starred chef Shaun Hergatt’s first West Coast restaurant, offers an array of land and sea menu items ranging from a melt-in-your-mouth Chilean Sea Bass to a flavorful Wagyu Tomahawk.
On Monday, August 5, guests are invited to dine at Aqua to indulge in their raw oysters for $1 per oyster (while supplies last). Aqua’s oysters are sourced fresh from the East and West Coast, served with traditional oyster accompaniments of lemon, shallots and Chef Shaun’s special mignonette sauce.
Aqua’s $1 oyster special is limited to three (3) per person. Excludes oysters topped with caviar and hot oysters. Further limitations may apply. Ask the server for more details.
