In honor of National Garlic Day on April 19 Carmine’s in the Forum Shops at Caesars will feature a special garlic menu as well as a cocktail to celebrate the aromatic herb. The package feeds four people and is priced at $129 (Where can you get four courses and a cocktail for $32.25 per person?) plus tax and gratuity.
Fun Facts: Carmine’s Vegas has used 22,312 pounds of garlic since opening in July 2013. The restaurant also offers mouthwash in all of their restrooms for combating any after dinner garlic breath.
Carmine’s Pickled Garlic Martini
Taking a spin on the Gibson Carmine’s will feature a Pickled Garlic Martini. Shaken until icy cold, the house made pickled garlic and basil leaf garnishment provides a flavorful combination. Prices will vary based on vodka or gin brand selection.
National Garlic Day Menu
- Scarpariello Wings– Roasted garlic is a highlight in the coating of these lightly fried wings. Marinated for 24 hours, these wings are also smothered in lemon, butter, white wine and a rosemary sauce.
- Garlic Bread Parmigiana– Thick slices of compobasso bread are covered in garlic and compound butter for a flavorful taste. The bread is served piping hot and smothered in mozzarella cheese.
- Bolognese- Garlic, diced vegetables and herbs gives this lamb meat sauce its savory flavor. The sauce is then topped with fresh ricotta and served over pasta.
- Carmine’s Mint Stinger Cocktail – After devouring all the garlic the four guests will receive this drink that keeps the breath fresh with a sweet and smooth blend of Brandy, mint and Sherry.
