NAHREP to Hold Educational Event Featuring US Bank and
Freddie Mac Executives
Executives will speak to real estate professionals about US Bank’s American Dream Program and Freddie Mac’s HomeSteps Buy-A-Home Initiative
The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals – Southern Nevada Chapter (NAHREP) will host an event on Wednesday, March 14, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino. A panel of experts will speak to real estate professionals about US Bank’s American Dream Program and Freddie Mac’s Home Steps Buy-A-Home Initiative.
US Bank’s American Dream Mortgage option is designed to provide homeownership opportunities for eligible borrowers with minimal down payment requirements. This program was designed to help first time homebuyers own a home of their own.
Through the HomeSteps Buy-A-Home Initiative, Freddie Mac is working with nonprofit organizations and other housing professionals to provide HUD-approved homebuyer education and financial incentives to help families achieve affordable, sustainable homeownership when choosing a Freddie Mac-owned home.

Registration and networking start at 8:30 to 9 a.m. The event is free for NAHREP-Southern Nevada Chapter members and $10 for future members.
