Jason Aldean brought the spirit of Nashville to the Las Vegas Strip, celebrating the grand opening of the fourth location of Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar on Thursday, Dec. 5 at 63 CityCenter. Blending the charm of Music City with the energy of Las Vegas, the unforgettable night was a true “Nashville kinda party.”
Wearing his signature jeans, plaid shirt and cowboy hat, Aldean was honored with a Key to the Las Vegas Strip by Clark County Commissioner James Gibson, who officially declared Dec. 5 as “Jason Aldean Day.” Commissioner Gibson praised Aldean’s contributions to both music and the community, saying Las Vegas “considers him one of our own.”
Addressing the crowd, Aldean expressed his gratitude, saying, “I hope we do everyone proud.” His wife Brittany joined him to cut the ribbon, officially welcoming guests to the venue.
Later that night, Aldean lit up the crowd with two high-energy performances, one on each stage. Fans sang along with every word to his hits like “Whiskey Drink,” “Dirt Road Anthem,” and “My Kinda Party.” Aldean kept the party going by handing out shots of tequila and whiskey.
“This is wild,” said Aldean. “I started playing in bars, so to have my own bar now here in Las Vegas, right in the heart of the Strip, is amazing.”
Speaking about the venue and the opportunities it provides artists, he said, “As somebody that came up playing in clubs, I know how important it is to have an outlet to play. Whether it’s a new artist trying to break through, maybe with a hit or two, or local artists, it gives them a venue to play and build their following. It’s not only a cool bar, but also cool for artists and out-of-town acts who can get booked here. As a struggling artist early on in my career, places like this — really well done, with great sound systems — were hard to come by. That’s what this place offers.”
Aldean connected with fans throughout the evening, posing for photos, chatting with guests, and giving interviews in the onsite iHeartRadio studio. Also in attendance were Lindsey Stirling, Chancey Williams, RaeLynn and Easton Corbin, who came to show their support for the country music legend.
Throughout the night, guests explored every corner of the space, snapping photos at the iconic Tractor Bar, the Guitar Bar, and the oversized terrace with sweeping views of the Las Vegas Strip, while enjoying bites from the Southern-inspired menu and sipping on signature cocktails. As the celebration carried into the late hours, live music and DJ sets kept the party going until the lights came on, solidifying the venue as a must-visit hotspot on the Strip.
Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar is open daily at 10 a.m. and open late Thursday through Saturday. For more information, visit jasonaldeansbar.com/las-vegas.
