Feb. 1 through March 31, guests at Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro at The Palazzo are invited to experience a special menu returning to the popular French restaurant – Mussels, Frites and Craft Beer.

“We are pleased to bring this menu back to the restaurant for the second consecutive year,” said Tom Bachner, general manager of Morels. “It was a guest favorite and we expect it to be a favorite once again.”

The menu offers a variety of succulent mussel and frites paired with American beers:

Moules A La Crème

Steamed with Tarragon, Garlic and Crème Fraiche

Chowder Style Corn, Nueske Bacon and Cream Sauce

Steamed in Salsa Verde Broth, Fresh Herbs, Pistou
