In celebration of Women’s History Month, Museum of Illusions Las Vegas is celebrating a local female artist and producer and judge on popular competition series “Skin Wars,” Robin Slonina with a one-of-a-kind live art event on Tuesday, March 19 from 5 to 8 p.m. Guests will be amazed as Slonina transforms human bodies into living art canvases with live illusion bodypainting. Complimentary drinks and light bites will be served throughout the evening. The museum will also feature 20 mind-bending art pieces, created by Slonina, inside the venue all month long.
Tickets for this special event will start at $65. To purchase tickets, visit www.moilasvegas.com.
A multidisciplinary artist, Slonina traveled the world before settling in Las Vegas and founding the world-famous Skin City Body Painting event company. She has created artwork for global companies and shows including Cirque du Soleil, the Jimmy Kimmel Show, Life is Beautiful, Latin GRAMMYs and more. Her mission is to encourage people to recognize art as an integral and fun part of everyday life. Most of Slonina’s art incorporates interactive elements, inviting guests to experience art rather than observe it – a perfect synergy for Museum of Illusions Las Vegas.
The live art event is included with the price of admission to the museum. All featured artworks will be available for purchase and will be on display inside the museum until March 29.
