Motley Brews Supports Nevada’s Growing Craft Beer Community with Third Annual Great Vegas Festival of Beer
What: An impressive lineup of more than 50 local and regional breweries will feature more than 200 craft beers for festival goers to taste throughout this year’s event. During the festival, Motley Brews and Nevada Craft Brewers Association (NCBA) will premier the NCBA’s first-ever collaboration beer – Pyrite Pale Ale –which will serve as the festival’s official brew.

Details: Las Vegas’ largest celebration of craft beer, the Great Vegas Festival of Beer, returns for its third year providing a taste of Nevada’s craft beer culture.
In addition to the hundreds of craft beers, reggae-rock sensation One Pin Short will headline the afternoon with their mix of reggae, punk, hip-hop and metal. The group has shared the stage with national acts including Slightly Stoopid, Fishbone and Bowling for Soup. Strung Out Sessions will also provide a mix of electric and acoustic guitars paired with driving melodies inspired by musical sensations such as Alice N’ Chains and the Stone Temple Pilots.
General admission tickets for the festival are $40 at the door. A portion of the event’s ticket sales benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Las Vegas and NCBA. All tickets will provide guests with samples of any festival beer while supplies last. Food will also be available for purchase from local food trucks, including Sausagefest with their gourmet sausages and sandwiches, Smoking Sam’s BBQ and Flying Monkey showcasing Asian fusion cuisine. In addition, all tickets provide a complimentary ride for ticket holders and their vehicle through Designated Drivers, Inc.
