Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas transforms into the Wild West with rodeo-inspired dining, entertainment and room specials from Wednesday, Dec. 3 to Sunday, Dec. 14.
Day or night, cowboys and cowgirls alike can enjoy western-themed menus at the 24-hour hotspot Mr. Lucky’s Café. Foodies can enjoy the 7-ounce Top Sirloin Steak served with eggs, hash browns and toast ($9.99); Breakfast Pork Sausages coated in waffle batter, powdered sugar, strawberry compote and maple syrup (four for $8.99); or a Grilled T-Bone Steak with crispy, fried shrimp and hollandaise sauce ($28.99).
For more southern fare, patrons can head over to the mega-hip Mexican cantina Pink Taco for western dishes including the Fajitatorta, a chicken sandwich complete with roasted chiles and onions, lettuce, tomatoes and chipotle-lime mayo on Indian fry bread with chile pepper garlic fries on the side ($15); or the Bistec de Caballero, a 6-ounce filet mignon rubbed in coffee beans and served with street corn, burracho beans and escabeche ($19.50).
Across the casino, patrons can get rowdy at Body English Nightclub with special hosts Ryan Richards and Mattie Breaux from CMT’s “Party Down South” on Friday, Dec. 5. Doors to Body English Nightclub open at 10:30 p.m. Cover charge starts at $20 for women and $30 for men.
