package for the biggest game Las Vegas has ever seen.
Proper Eats Food Hall, a collection of highly sought-after imports and only-in-Las Vegas destinations inside ARIA Resort & Casino, will be offering an all-you-can-eat-and-drink tailgate package, with doors opening at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 11. Packages will start at $200 and reservations can be made here.
With a tailgate-inspired menu from the different stations in Proper Eats, football fans can celebrate and tackle their appetite. Starting at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 11, guests over the age of 21 will be able to enjoy an all-you-can-eat tailgate buffet and watch the big game at reserved spaces throughout the food hall. Packages will include all-you-can-eat-and-drink food and beverage options available from 2 p.m. through the conclusion of the game. Packages start at $200 and can be reserved online ahead of time here.
Guests will be able to draft their own roster of menu all-stars with select mouth-watering options. The game day menu will include the Mic Drop pizza from Pizzaoki made with fresh dough topped with marinara sauce, mozzarella, parmesan and pepperoni; the smash burger sliders from Lola’s Burgers made with double patties, American cheese, grilled onions, pickles and Russian dressing on warm buns as well as onion rings and truffle fries; and the Soho, scrambled eggs, American cheese and bacon on toasted bun. For more international flavors, the menu will include be the signature Seoul Bird sliders from Seoul Bird made with crispy Korean double fried chicken, lettuce and red onion, signature sauce and kewpie mayo all nestled in a soft and toasty potato buns; crispy eggplant bao buns from Laughing Buddha; the Kook Roll, with krab, avocado and cucumber, from Temaki; among other options. The gameday packages also include a variety of well cocktails, pours, house wines and drafts from Proper Bar, the striking social hub at the food hall.
