MGM Resorts International was recognized in 2020 with Five-Star ratings for ARIA Sky Suites for the eighth year in a row, SKYLOFTS at MGM Grand for 11 consecutive years and MGM Macau for the sixth time.

Forbes Five-Star Spas
The Spa at ARIA stays among the elite collection of Forbes Five-Star spas for the second year in a row along with The Spa at Vdara, which has earned a Five-Star rating for its fourth consecutive year. Additionally, Tria Spa at MGM Cotai and Tria Spa at MGM Macau both proudly join the roster of Forbes Five-Star spas for the first time.
To be considered for this award, Forbes Five-Star spas must provide an extraordinary experience from the moment guests book an appointment. This includes impeccable guest service as well as ensuring all amenities and public areas are in pristine condition.
Forbes Five-Star Restaurants
Continuing their excellence as Forbes Five-Star restaurants are Joël Robuchon Restaurant at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, as well as Le Cirque and Picasso, both at Bellagio Resort & Casino. Joël Robuchon Restaurant has achieved a Five-Star rating for 11 consecutive years, with Le Cirque and Picasso being recognized for four and seven years, respectively.
Restaurants earning a Forbes Five-Star rating go through a rigorous evaluation and training process and must reach the highest levels of service, including exquisite food and presentation.
AAA Five Diamond Awards
AAA awarded MGM Resorts International three esteemed Five Diamond Awards for its resorts, celebrating phenomenal service and accommodations. Included in this prominent list are Bellagio Resort & Casino for the 19th consecutive year, ARIA Resort & Casino for the 10th consecutive year, and ARIA Sky Suites for the ninth consecutive year.
Each year, AAA rates hotels across the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean by conducting detailed, on-site hotel evaluations. Properties that meet the requirements to be AAA inspected and approved are assigned a rating of One to Five Diamonds.
