MGM Resorts International Restaurants Present Bountiful Dining Options for Thanksgiving Holiday Cuisine Available at Many Fine Dining and Specialty Restaurants
Food is the centerpiece of most holiday celebrations and this November guests will feel thankful for the festive cuisine available at participating MGM Resorts Internationalrestaurants. Talented chefs from Bellagio, ARIA, Vdara, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, Mirage, Monte Carlo, New York-New York,Luxor, Excalibur, and Circus Circus Las Vegas have created feasts fit for every palate, from traditional turkey and trimmings to adventurous fare and seasonally inspired cocktails and desserts.
For those who honor tradition, there is a cornucopia of turkey options with all of the fixings to go around this Thanksgiving. Tom Colicchio’s Heritage Steak at The Mirage will feature Heritage Turkey with sausage stuffing, market vegetables and maple glazed sweet potatoes. Seasonal splendor can be found at Jean Georges Steakhouse at ARIA with Roasted Organic Turkey and scrumptious sides of mushroom-chestnut stuffing, roasted Brussels sprouts and cranberries. The Steakhouse at Camelot at Excalibur will offer a three-course dinner featuring Butternut Squash Soup with Andouille sausage, Oven Roasted Turkey with giblet gravy, mashed potatoes, stuffing and pumpkin or apple pie. At Nine Fine Irishmen at New York-New York, guests will find traditional delight in Maple Glazed Ham with apple-cranberry chutney.

The Steak House at Circus Circus will honor tradition by offering guests a choice of Apple Pie à la Mode, Pumpkin Pie with whipped cream, or Pecan Pie. AMERICAN FISH at ARIA will feature a taste of autumn in a glass with their Wild Turkey Flip; a cocktail prepared with kobacha squash-infused Wild Turkey, simple syrup, egg and nutmeg. Bar Vdara will serve fall-inspired Punk’n Harvest Pumpkin Ale, an organic, roasted pumpkin craft beer brewed using renewable energy and spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and hints of honey and vanilla.
