Lotus of Siam Red Rock Introduces Weekday Lunch Starting March 17

 Beginning Monday, March 17, Lotus of Siam at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa will serve lunch seven days a week from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Set in a stunning space that transports guests to Northern Thailand, the restaurant features a retractable roof that transforms the open-air greenhouse into the ultimate springtime dining destination.

The lunch menu showcases Lotus of Siam favorites, including:

  • Nam kao tod (crispy rice, sour pork sausage, cilantro, green onions, dry chilis, ginger, peanuts, lime juice)
  • Tom kha (lemongrass, galangal, mushrooms, coconut milk, lime juice)
  • Laad nam plar (crispy salmon filet, green apple salad, cashes, peanuts, sesame seeds)
  • Crispy garlic prawns served with garlic pepper sauce
  • Moo yang (marinated pork shoulder, lotus-style jaew)
  • Warm Thai-spiced chocolate cake with coconut crunch and coffee ice cream)

For a limited time, Lotus of Siam will offer a four-course $30 prix fixe lunch menu.

Bringing a brunch twist to lunch, guests can sip bottomless mimosas, Aperol Spritzes, Bloody Marys, Thai Tea Martinis or Thai Basil Sangria for $30.

Lotus of Siam is also open for dinner Sunday through Thursday from 5-10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5-11 p.m. On Saturdays and Sundays, a special brunch menu is available in addition to the lunch menu.
