Mae Daly’s Fine Steaks and Whiskeys opens its patio for al fresco dining and launches Thursday Cut-n-Light Nights featuring live jazz

Cooler nights in Vegas just got better as Mae Daly’s Fine Steaks & Whiskeys opens its patio for al fresco dining. Nestled amongst greenery with the famed North Las Vegas Strip in the background, diners will enjoy the slice of heaven in Vegas the patio provides. Adding to the ambiance, Mae Daly’s is now kicking off the weekend early with Thursday night live jazz and Cut-n-Light Nights for those cigar smokers looking for a great experience and chill atmosphere to enjoy a cigar among friends.

The patio is nestled under a pergola with greenery throughout and seats 30. The patio makes for ideal setting to enjoy some of Mae Daly’s 100% prime steaks and signature dishes such as the Tomato Burrata Salad featuring grilled stone fruit, watercress, burrata di bufala, heirloom tomatoes with a white balsamic vinaigrette; along with the Mediterranean Branzino, offered pan seared or broiled, and served with a caper and golden raisin agrodolce sauce; or the Frey Ranch Filet Mignon au Poivre featuring an 8-ounce filet mignon cooked to perfection and finished on a bed of rosemary and thyme, topped with au Poivre sauce and a flambé finish with Frey Ranch’s Un-Cut Whiskey. The meal is perfectly complemented by one of Mae Daly’s House Made Souffles available in both chocolate and Grand Marnier.

In addition to opening the patio, the new steakhouse is also launching Thursday night live jazz from the lounge by Jazz Musician Chris Hermes and Friends from 6:30-9:30 p.m. that will be piped throughout the restaurant and patio. Additionally, Thursdays on the patio will be host to Cut-n-Light Nights where cigar aficionados are encouraged to bring their cigars to have a smoke while enjoying the drinks and fare of Mae Daly’s.

“We’re so excited for the cooler weather so the community can come and enjoy the beautiful outdoor dining we have to offer,” said Mae Daly’s proprietor Richard Femenella. “I love to make it a point to talk to our guests as they come in; and in conversations have also gathered that my cigar-loving friends and guests would love a space to come and enjoy with others, over a great drink and meal and thus our Cut-n-Light Thursdays was born. I think it will be a lot of fun and Chris [Hermes] will be a great addition to the ambiance with the live jazz playing throughout.”
