KASSI BEACH CLUB RETURNS FOR 2025 POOL SEASON AT VIRGIN HOTELS LAS VEGAS SATURDAY, MARCH 21
The 21+ pool now offers the full restaurant menu available poolside as well as cocktails and Live DJ sets
Returning for the 2025 pool season is the iconic Kassi Beach Club, providing guests a relaxing and lively Mediterranean-inspired oasis off the Las Vegas Strip. Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, Curio Collection by Hilton, is thrilled to announce the grand opening on Friday, March 21. Guests—whether hotel visitors, tourists, or locals—can dive into the fun with free entry all season long, now with the full Kassi Beach House menu.
In partnership with Wish You Were Here Group and the coastal Italian hotspot Kassi Beach House, Kassi Beach Club invites guests to experience the ultimate beach club. With refreshing cocktails, delectable poolside bites and live DJ sets every day from an array of Las Vegas DJs, guests can enjoy an exciting and laid-back atmosphere.
New this season, Kassi Beach Club will elevate poolside dining to a whole new level, offering all of the beloved Kassi Beach House menu. Notable offerings include accessible VIP bottle packages, individual bottle purchases, a specialty spritz cocktail menu, craft cocktails, and spirit-infused frozen popsicles. For those lounging in groups, large-format dishes will also be available, including fruit platters, grilled platters and the crowd-favorite Kassi mezze platter.

Located just off the Kassi Beach House patio, Kassi Beach Club will be open Friday through Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. starting March 21, and open daily beginning April 28. Additional events and programming will be announced throughout the season.
