Happy Hour has been extended on Sundays at the newly opened neighborhood eatery,
featuring light bites that pair well with the restaurant’s vast spirits, wine and beer selection
AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop, southwest Las Vegas’ much buzzed about eatery serving reimagined Italian-American cuisine and a delightful diverse wine list, has extended its happy hour to last all day on Sundays. Available from 3 to 9 p.m. every week, guests can enjoy a delectable menu of shareable small plates accompanied by wine, beer, spirits and specialty cocktails.

Available in AMARI’s bar and lounge, as well as on the spacious patio, happy hour specials include light dishes and refreshing libations. Selections include housemade herb focaccia with garlic miso cream for dipping, priced at $5; arancini made with beef and pork sausage, taleggio, complete with tomato sauce, priced at $10; meatballs with parmigiano and tomato sauce, priced at $10; as well as the chef’s selection of salumi and cheese paired with the and sommelier’s selection of a bottle of wine, priced at $39.
In addition to light bites, featured happy hour beverages consist of a glass of red or white wine, priced at $11; a bottle of Peroni, priced at $8; guests can add Fernet, an Italian type of amaro, to go along with their beer for a total of $18; and the cocktail of the day, priced at $12. Happy hour offers are subject to change due to the ongoing introduction of new dishes and seasonal ingredients.
AMARI is open for take-out, happy hour and dinner daily. The retail and wine shop is also open daily during regular restaurant hours.
