UnCommons Debuts February Line-up of Community Events

The bustling mixed-use community in Southwest Las Vegas continues to debut
 new culinary hotspots and more interactive community programming this month

 UnCommons, the mixed-use community developed by Matter Real Estate Group located at the 215 Beltway and Durango Dr., will host recurring and special community events throughout February.

 

The community is bustling with the debut of several new eateries and its lineup of events, including the Big Game, Valentine’s Day and Lunar New Year celebrations.

 

The complete schedule of February events at UnCommons is as follows:

 

ICSC Local Southern Nevada

From 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 1, The Assembly will host a panel discussion featuring the developers behind UnCommons to share insights on the mixed-use community. Matter Real Estate Group members will discuss the creative, capital and construction behind UnCommons. Tickets can be purchased on UnCommons’ website.

 

Brunch & Good Vibes

Every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., The Sundry, a distinctive food hall experience at UnCommons, presents “Brunch & Good Vibes” featuring live music, brunch bites and bloody marys, courtesy of Diane Mina from Diane’s Bloody Mary Bar.

Market in the Alley

From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 4, UnCommons hosts Market in the Alley in The Quad. Shop small and discover local Las Vegas creators and curators on the first Sunday of each month.

 

Art Class for Kids

On Saturday, Feb. 10 from 10 a.m. to noon, UnCommons will partner with their popular tenant Salt & Straw to host an art class for kids, which includes a takeaway creation. Tickets are priced at $15 per person. Space is limited with 65 spots. More information can be found on UnCommons’ website.

 

The Sundry Big Game Watch Party

The Sundry will host the ultimate Big Game Watch Party on Sunday, Feb. 11 from 2:30 to 7:30 p.m. UnCommons’ food hall will celebrate the excitement of the Big Game with an all-you-can-eat lineup of game day favorites including a spread of wings, sliders, nachos, fries, sundaes, and more. Plus, an unlimited bar package featuring a selection of beers, wine and cocktails will be available. The Sundry is equipped with multiple large screens to ensure a great viewing experience. In addition to watching the game, guests can play free games like, Corn Hole and the End-Zone Challenge. Tickets can be purchased on UnCommons’ website.

 

Big Game 58

General Admission, the new go-to Vegas sports bar, will host a Big Game 57 viewing party starting at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 11. Fans can either make table reservations to enjoy the game, priced at $150 per seat, or purchase a standing room spot for $50, which includes 3 drink tickets. Reservations can be made on General Admission’s website.

 

Free Valentine’s Day Flowers

On Wednesday, Feb. 14, from noon to 1 p.m., UnCommons will celebrate Valentine’s Day with local flower shop, Bloom Bar by hosting a pop-up shop in The Quad, offering 100 free mini bouquets to visitors while supplies last.

 

Paint & Sip at The Sundry

On Wednesday, Feb. 14, The Sundry will host Paint & Sip from 6 to 8 p.m. For the evening guests can unleash their inner artist and sip on some wine while creating their own masterpiece. This event welcomes all skill levels, as a talented artist will give all of the necessary step-by-step instructions to create a beautiful work of art. All the materials will be provided, and tickets can be purchased on UnCommons’ website.

 

Mix It Up! Cocktail Class at The Sundry

The Sundry will host a romantic cocktail-making class on Friday, Feb. 16 from 7 to 8 p.m. Guests will be seated at the center bar and learn how to make three delicious Valentine’s-themed cocktails by the food hall’s knowledgeable mixologists. Tickets can be purchased on UnCommons’ website.

 

AAPI Lunar New Year

UnCommons will celebrate Lunar New Year on Saturday, Feb. 17. From 3 to 8 p.m., AAPI will host a festival of events, which will include an Asian Night Market with an eclectic array of vendors offering street food, artisanal crafts, and live entertainment; traditional dragon dance and performances; as well as a Squid Game themed area with DIY activities of wishing trees and red envelopes for all to experience. Ascendant x UnCommons

On Friday, Feb. 23 Lauren Salgado will return to The Assembly for another yoga and wellness centric event. More information can be found on UnCommons’ website.

 

Wineaux

Wineaux, wine market, bar and escape, is opening at UnCommons later this month. With a thoughtfully selected and robust wine collection, it’s a wine lover’s paradise. Wineaux’s team of knowledgeable experts will guide guests as they try, buy and fall in love with great wine at any price point.

 

Todo Bien

Todo Bien Tiki Tequilería is coming soon to The Quad. Take in the tropical vibes with picturesque cocktails crafted by expert mixologists using tequila, mezcal and traditional Mexican spirits.
