Proper Bar at Proper Eats Food Hall Make the Season Merry and Bright with Cozy Cocktails
Clique Hospitality’s elevated food hall will offer guests’ favorite holiday flavors
in the form of festive libations
Proper Bar at Proper Eats Food Hall, a collection of highly sought-after imports and only-in-Las Vegas destinations inside ARIA Resort & Casino, will celebrate the holiday season with decadent cocktails designed to keep guests feeling festive and joyful, available beginning Friday, Dec. 1.
The cocktails will be available throughout December and will include the “By the Fireside,” made with Bulleit Bourbon, pomegranate juice, simple syrup and Peychaud’s bitters, garnished with an orange peel; the “December Daiquiri,” made with Captain Morgan rum, pomegranate juice, lime juice, simple syrup and Grand Marnier; the “Let it Snow,” made with Cîroc, blue curaçao, lemon juice and simple syrup, garnished with a sugar rim; the “Mistletoe Mule,” made with Ketel One vodka, lime juice, Fever Tree ginger beer, and garnished with cranberries; and the “Gin-gle Bells,” made with Tanqueray gin, lemon juice, and Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic, all the holiday cocktails will be priced at $16.
Proper Bar, the vibrant social hub at the food hall overlooking the ARIA resort pool, also offers a full menu of beers, craft cocktails and wine. Specialty cocktails are prepared to order while house-made cocktails, served on tap, include margaritas and old fashioneds. Proper Bar offers over a dozen beer selections in bottles and on draft, including Heineken, Stella Artois and Elysian Space Dust IPA.
