The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower to Tempt
Taste Buds During Restaurant Week

The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower’s restaurants will take Restaurant Week to new heights with specially crafted three-course menus in support of Three Square Food Bank, available from Monday, June 3, through Friday, June 14.
Top of the World, famous for its spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding mountains from its 360-degree rotating dining room, will offer an appetizer selection of calamari “fries”, sticky Korean short ribs, lobster bisque or chopped Caesar salad; a second course of seared Scottish salmon, roasted half chicken, blackened flat iron steak or wild mushroom Bolognese; and warm butter cake for dessert. CHĪ Asian Kitchen, serving an array of authentic and reimagined Chinese and other Asian dishes, will feature an appetizer of spicy Szechuan dumplings, a main course of bulgogi fried rice or orange chicken, and mango mochi for dessert, priced at $39 per person. PT’s Wings & Sports, providing an ideal spot to catch the games while savoring burgers, over-the-top bites and a wide selection of craft beers and house brews, will all feature fan-worthy menus for Restaurant Week, priced at $36 per person. Selections will include a southwest superfood side salad or short rib cheese fries as an appetizer; a main course of a double cheeseburger, quesa birria tacos or chicken, bacon and ranch pizza; and warm triple chocolate bundt cake for dessert.
