LAS VEGAS RESTAURANT WEEK JUNE 3 -14 

 

MGM Resorts International is proud to participate once again in Three Square Food Bank’s Annual Las Vegas Restaurant Week, June 3 – 14.  Guests are invited to enjoy a variety of prix fixe menu options for brunch, lunch and dinner at participating restaurants with prices ranging from $30 to $120 per person. A portion of the proceeds from each menu ordered will be donated to Three Square to support food insecurity efforts in Las Vegas.

Bellagio

MICHAEL MINA Bellagio, the eponymous flagship restaurant from the James Beard Award-winning chef, welcomes guests to savor a decadent four-course dinner featuring Ahi Tuna Tartare with mint pine nuts, Asian pear and habanero-infused sesame oil; Wood Fire Branzino with salsa verde, shishito peppers and California Arbequina olive oil; and a selection of desserts including Fleur de Cacao with dark chocolate mousse, candied cocoa nib and salted caramel ice cream. The menu is $120 per person, with wine pairings available for $65 per person, and available June 5 – 9 and June 12 -14 from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

 

ARIA

The legendary Jean Georges Steakhouse by Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten will present a three-course menu of Wagyu Beef Carpaccio with Comté cheese fritters and truffle aioli; Wood Grilled Filet Mignon with slow roasted tomato, crackling potato and sauce bearnaise; and JG’s Salted Caramel Sundae with candied popcorn, peanuts and fudge sauce, among other specialties. The menu is $120 per person and available June 3 – 14 from 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

 

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

French Riviera-inspired LPM Restaurant & Bar invites diners to experience the carefree lifestyle of Côte d’Azur with a three-course dinner. The Mediterranean menu will feature Yellowtail Carpaccio with guacamole and citrus; Charcoal Grilled Ribeye Steak with tarragon mustard and pickled shallots; and Vanilla Cheesecake with berry compote. Sides dishes also will be available for an additional $12 each including Potato Gratin with cream and nutmeg and/or Broccolini with chili and ginger. The menu is priced at $100 per person and available June 3 – 14 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
