The Rogers Foundation to Award $400,000 in College Scholarships to Nearly a Dozen CCSD High School Seniors 
Application Period Open Now Through Feb. 2, 2025

Southern Nevada’s foremost advocate for arts and education, The Rogers Foundation, encourages Clark County high school seniors to apply for a significant opportunity – more than $400,000 in college scholarships. The application period is now officially open and will remain so until February 2, 2025. 

 

Those interested in scholarship opportunities are urged to discover the minimum eligibility requirements and apply directly online via The Rogers Foundation’s website at therogers.foundation to meet the Feb. 2, 2025 deadline.  It’s important to note that while applicants are required to complete the SAT or ACT, there is no minimum score requirement.

 

The Rogers Foundation is committed to shaping the futures of promising students by offering annual scholarships totaling $100,000, with a cumulative contribution of $400,000. These scholarships, spanning from $5,000 to $25,000 per year for four years, are designed to support students pursuing higher education within and beyond the state of Nevada. The scholarships are for students attending any institution of higher education, including vocational or technical schools, community colleges, or state universities.

 

The Rogers Foundation will offer a minimum of 11 scholarships:
  • $25,000 Scholarship: This prestigious scholarship, renewable for an additional three years, will be awarded to one outstanding recipient.
  • $10,000 Scholarships: Five deserving students will be awarded $10,000 each annually, renewable for an additional three years, to attend the institution of their choice.
  • $5,000 Scholarships: An additional five students will receive $5,000 annually, renewable for an extra three years, to further their education at their preferred institution.

Since its inception in 2015, The Rogers Foundation has enabled 262 Clark County high school graduates to pursue their higher education dreams.

We encourage students to take advantage of this opportunity and apply for a scholarship to pursue their academic dreams. We recognize the significant challenges that come with preparing for college, especially the financial strain. Our mission is to help ease that burden and open doors to a brighter future for these deserving scholars.”
