LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL ANNOUNCES 2022 CULINARY LINEUP
Festival’s eclectic food offerings feature Las Vegas’ most prominent chefs, mixologists, and culinary visionaries
Life is Beautiful , Las Vegas’ premier three-day music, art, food and comedy festival has announced its full culinary lineup featuring chefs, mixologists, and culinary experts from across the city. Celebrating the diversity of Las Vegas’ unparalleled food and beverage scene, Life is Beautiful will continue its tradition of paying homage to the local community through interactive culinary experiences and delectable festival bites.
“We are really excited to showcase and celebrate the Las Vegas culinary community for another year,” said Sharee Macy, Director of Food & Beverage. “We are beyond appreciative of the incredible chefs, mixologists and culinary professionals in our community who help us bring a uniquely Beautiful experience to our attendees.”
Life is Beautiful’s Culinary program will feature more than 70 chefs, bartenders, restaurants, food trucks, and mixologists including: José Andrés eateries Bazaar Meat, China Poblano, and Jaleo; English Hospitality Group’s The Pepper Club, Olives, and The Beast; as well as special activations from AMARI, La Strega, Harlo Steakhouse & Bar, Momofuku, and more. The vast selection encompasses a variety of cuisines and offerings to suit any diet, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Additional culinary experiences will be available to general admission guests, while some are exclusively available to VIP, VIP+, and All-In ticket holders.

Cocktail School
Cocktail School returns to Life is Beautiful with a series of interactive seminars and cocktail tastings curated by Bryant Jane of Starboard Tack and hosted by Gene Samuel of Peppermint Hippo along with Joy Figueroa of Herbs & Rye. Taking place three times a day throughout the festival weekend, the complimentary sessions will be guided by some of Las Vegas’ most esteemed mixologists. Each seminar will focus on a different topic, cocktail trend, or spirit, and guests will receive samples of the drinks that are crafted throughout the session. Attendance for each session is first-come, first-seated.
The Cookout
Curated by Chef Justin Hall of Whiskey in the Wilderness, The Cookout will provide a demonstration of live fire cooking in an intimate and highly visual setting. Foodies will get the chance to try bites by chefs from around the Las Vegas valley including the teams from José Andrés eateries Bazaar Meat, China Poblano, and Jaleo, along with the talented crew from Whiskey in the Wilderness. Service is limited and is only available until sellout each day.
The Pizzeria
Debuting for the first time at the festival, The Pizzeria will offer a special selection of pies curated by Vegas Pizza Fest and Good Pie Owner Chef Vincent Rotolo. Pizza-lovers can explore a rotating menu crafted by the finest pizza innovators shaping the industry in our city including Carmine’s Pizza Kitchen, Metro Pizza, Old School Pizzeria, Pizza Forte, Pizza Rock, and more. Service is limited and is only available until sellout each day.
Omakase Cantina
Curated by SecretBurger.com’s Jolene Mannina, Omakase Cantina is an exclusive and intimate dining experience that will showcase each chef’s unique style and talent through an omakase-style dinner. Featured chefs include Nicole Brisson of AMARI, Gina Marinelli of La Strega and Harlo Steakhouse & Bar, and Alan Mardonovich of Momofuku Las Vegas. Featuring high profile chefs in a quick-service setting, daily happy hours will take place on the exclusive VIP+ viewing deck overlooking the Downtown Stage, where fans can enjoy elevated grab-and-go dishes from Kusa Nori, Echo & Rig, and Mabel’s BBQ Las Vegas.
Artist Hospitality Lounge
All-In guests and festival artists will be treated to a daily culinary pop-up hosted by the global restaurant and nightlife experts at English Hospitality Group. Promising a menu of small bites along witand surprise experiences, their talented team will showcase dishes from a variety of their Las Vegas-based restaurants including The Pepper Club, Olives, and The Beast.
