Baristas, Runners, Dishwashers, Cooks
Ahead of its much-anticipated opening this spring, Le Café Central—the latest concept from the acclaimed Le Café du Vegas family—will host a job fair on Monday, April 7 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The café is seeking talented and enthusiastic candidates for barista, runner, dishwasher and cook positions.
Le Café Central brings a refined European café experience to Las Vegas’ Chinatown, offering handcrafted pastries, breakfast and lunch favorites and, for the first time, a weekend dinner service featuring “amuse bar and petites plates”—a curated selection of French Riviera-inspired small bites. The café is supported by internationally celebrated executive chef, partner and director of operations Claude Escamilla and led by co-owners Carmen Barbur and David Gazzano, known for their dedication to exceptional hospitality and culinary quality.
“This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something special from the ground up,” said Barbur. “We’re looking to build a team of passionate individuals who want to grow with us and contribute to a café culture centered on quality, creativity and community.”
The job fair offers interested candidates the opportunity to meet the team, learn more about available positions and apply on-site. Interested candidates may email their resume to [email protected] or bring a printed copy to the job fair.
Le Café Central is the third café from the Le Café du Vegas brand, following the success of Le Café du Val in Henderson and Le Café du Sud in Southern Highlands. Le Café Central is located at 3616 Spring Mountain Road, Suite 101, Las Vegas, NV, 89102. For more information on the Le Café du Vegas family, visit lecafeduvegas.com.
