WHAT:
Celebrate the release of the most-anticipated hard rock album of the year, Heavy Crown.” The debut LP from Last In Line skyrocketed to the Number One position on the Billboard Heatseekers chart when it was released earlier this year by Frontiers Records and continues to receive rave reviews from critics and fans alike.
In honor of the album’s release, Last In Line will perform a full live set. VIP packages, which include a post-performance meet-and-greet with the band, are available for purchase.
WHO:
Founding members of Dio Vinny Appice, Vivian Campbell, and Jimmy Bain formed Last in Line in 2012 with acclaimed vocalist Andrew Freeman. As decorated rock veterans, Appice was the drummer in Black Sabbath and Campbell was the guitarist for Whitesnake, before joining Def Leppard, with whom he has performed for nearly 25 years. Bain, who passed away earlier this year, also played bass for the British rock band Rainbow. The trio recorded the first three Dio albumsHoly Diver,” “Last In Line”  and “Sacred Heart”, which remain to be definitive albums in the history of heavy metal. Freeman currently performs in The Strip’s heralded show Raiding the Rock Vault” at The Tropicana Las Vegas and is a former member of the bands Offspring and Lynch Mob.
Last In Line takes its name from Dio’s second album The Last In Line,” which was released to critical acclaim in 1984.
