DELIVERS ‘BAGS OF CHEER’ TO 330 CHILDREN IN NEED

WHAT: Representatives from Las Vegas Hospitality Association (LVHA) will deliver 330 ‘bags of cheer’ to children in need this holiday season.
Bags are filled with shoes, socks, coats, blankets, gloves, hats, clothes as well as toys, games, books and snacks. All the bags and their contents were donated through efforts of the Las Vegas Hospitality Association.

ABOUT: In its ninth year, LVHA “Fill a Bag with Cheer” program pairs organization’s members up with children from Harvey N. Dondero Elementary School. Each member then compiles a personalized holiday bag for their child based on a list of items that particular child needs: shoes, coats, socks, blankets, gloves, hats, jogging outfits, books, toys, clothes and snacks. On Thursday, Dec. 15, representatives from LVHA will visit the school to deliver the bags to the children.
