The fourth annual FOOD & WINE All-Star Weekend, hosted by Bellagio, ARIA and MGM Grand, returns to Las Vegas October 4-6 with new programming and even more talented culinary superstars. Renowned sommeliers and mixologists, along with celebrity chefs such as Joël Robuchon, Michael Mina and Shawn McClain, will collaborate on epicurean events as they engage guests in an agenda full of culinary fun. The action-packed weekend includes an educational wine class on Syrah with a Master Sommelier, a cooking demo on how to make sushi ten ways, a once-in-a-lifetime dinner with a Michelin-starred chef, a lively pizza party and more.

 
Tickets start at $75 and can be purchased online at www.mgmresorts.com/foodandwine/. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend all events.

Friday, October 4
 
Ten Ways To Sushi: 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Join Executive Chef Heather Zheng at Shibuya at MGM Grand for an exciting cooking demonstration and sake tasting. Chef Zheng will educate guests about Japanese cuisine’s most popular fish — the tuna – and will explain its composition. During the process, ten different dishes will be created, each complemented with fresh wasabi, and paired with refreshing sake selections.
 
First Course: 8 p.m. – 11 p.m.
As the official kick-off party of the eventful weekend, View Bar at ARIA invites guests to sample delectable delights from ARIA restaurants barMASA, Julian Serrano and Sage. Throughout the celebration, guests may sip on refreshing cocktails and mingle with the FOOD & WINE All-Star Weekend participating chefs.
 
Saturday, October 5
 
All-Star Brunch: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Celebrity chef talent comes together at AMERICAN FISH at ARIA. Hosted by Chef Michael Mina, guests will enjoy a four-course meal with exclusive cocktail and wine pairings, created by the talented chefs at the resort.
 
Burger Bash with Joel Robuchon and Michael Mina: 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Guests will need a big appetite at FOOD & WINE’s All-Star Weekend’s newest event, Burger Bash. Hosted poolside at MGM Grand, seven of the resort’s restaurants will serve delicious burgers and unique sides as upbeat tunes play throughout the evening. Attendees are encouraged to try a burger from all participating chefs to see which suits their palate. Celebrity judges, including Chef Joel Robuchon and Chef Michael Mina, will determine the ultimate Burger Bash winner.
 
Syrah That Will Change Your Life: 2 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Led by Master Sommelier and Bellagio Director of Wine Jason Smith, along with incredible producers of Syrah, this will be a lively and entertaining event. Guests will explore the lighter, elegant versions of the wine, from cooler climates to blockbuster, paint-your-teeth selections.
 
Six-Course Bliss with Chef Joël Robuchon: 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Guests will have a one-of-a-kind epicurean experience with “Chef of the Century” Joël Robuchon as he prepares an exclusive six-course menu with wine pairing. At the end of the dinner, diners will receive a Joël Robuchon cookbook, personally signed by the chef himself.
 
A Harvest Dinner with Chef Michael Mina: 7 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Celebrity Chef Michael Mina will rejoice in the splendor of the Grand Patio at Bellagio as he prepares a specialized menu using seasonal ingredients and unique flavor profiles along with an exemplary wine pairing to complement each course. Overlooking Bellagio’s luxurious pool, this memorable event will be a highlight of the weekend.
 
Afterhours with Shawn McClain: 10 p.m. – 1 a.m.
Not only is Five50 the ideal temperature to cook pizza, it’s the primary ingredient to one smokin’ hot party. James Beard Award-winning Chef Shawn McClain starts the event with savory hors d’oeuvre’s and his own signature pizza, each slice paired with hard-to-find craft beers. A DJ will keep the hotspot alive with fun, upbeat jams lasting long in to the night. It’s what all pizza parties should be.

From Far East to Champagne: Bubbles Meets Fountains Brunch: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Breathe in the exotic aroma of Cantonese, Szechwan and Hunan cuisine at Jasmine while enjoying the picture-perfect backdrop of the famous Bellagio Fountains. Savor fresh ingredients at several live-action cooking stations and have a decadent dessert finish by visiting the chocolate room, with special offerings crafted by Bellagio’s renowned pastry team.
