Curated with the help of Jolene Mannina of Secret Burger, The Soul Sunday brunch menu at Laguna Pool House & Kitchen is offered from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. and is epic, offering various palette-pleasers including Shrimp & Grits, Pastrami Hash, Challah French Toast, and more. There’s also an impressive selection of large-format and sharable options including, Brunch Tower, Seafood Tower, and Smoked Salmon Dutch Baby. While indulging in brunch on Soul Sundays, enjoy DJ Copay spinning an all-vinyl set exclusively featuring Old School, Hip Hop, and Funk. Rock N’ Roll Live Band Karaoke Night – Every Friday Night
Enjoy dinner, drinks, and fun every Friday night with Live Band Karaoke. Open for pre-singing food and cocktails at 5 p.m., The Peter Love Band starts at 7 p.m. and plays the hits that karaoke crooners enjoy most. Sponsored by Ste Chateau Michelle, the dinner menu includes starters that are perfect to share such as Provolone Fritto, Marcona Almond Hummus, Charcuterie & Cheese Board, and Daily Oysters. Created in tandem with Jolene Mannin of Secret Burger, this monthly event features Pu Pu platters, themed cocktails, entertainment, and more with lots of special guest help. For this debut event, guest chef Crystina Nguyen – Mamasan will be serving up a tasty selection of small dishes, and guest bartender Javier Ramirez will be serving up the tiki drinks. Incorporating the ancient art forms of the Polynesian islands, entertainer/dancer Derek Daniels will provide an unforgettable experience. Located on the 6th floor of Palms Place, Laguna Pool House & Kitchen is a hidden oasis that serves lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch and a special pool and family-style menu. Laguna Pool House & Kitchen features menus that are full of captivating globally influenced culinary creations with drinks that are a celebration of modern mixology.
In addition to a variety of starters, salads, sides, pizzas, and more, highlights from the lunch menu include a variety of handhelds such as a Classic Burger, Korean Fried Chicken, Roasted Vegetable Club, and Gyro.
