2015 FOOTBALL DRAFT CELEBRATION ON APRIL 30

 

WHAT: Lagasse’s Stadium® at The Palazzo Las Vegas® invites football fans to revel in the excitement as Round 1 of the 2015 Draft kicks off on Thursday, April 30. Guests will be able to indulge in a special menu featuring tailgate-inspired bites, while enjoying an exceptional viewing experience of the live draft on more than 100 high definition televisions.

ESPN Radio 1100 personalities Mitch and Pritch will be broadcasting live from 4-6 p.m.

To kick off the action-packed draft celebration, at 4 p.m., the first 250 fans who show up wearing their favorite team’s jersey or t-shirt will be given a complimentary draught Bud Light. Also, the Bud Light models will be signing calendars and will be on hand with Bud Light promotional items.

The Lagasse’s Stadium culinary team, led by Chef Scott Pajak, has curated the following special menu items offered for the occasion:

 

New Orleans Chicken and Andouille Sausage Gumbo
with steamed rice

Surf  ‘N’ Turf Nachos with Sautéed Shrimp and Shaved Prime Rib
crispy tortilla chips layered with cheddar cheese sauce and black beans
topped with guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream and jalapenos

 

BBQ Brisket Sandwich
with Creole seasoned fries

 

Beer Battered Shrimp on Maytag Blue Cheese Slaw
with Creole tomato glaze
