CASA ITALIANA DI LAS VEGAS & LA STREGA TRATTORIA HOST WHITE TRUFFLE DINNER TO BENEFIT ST. JUDE CHILDREN’S RESEARCH HOSPITAL® – NEVADA
Casa Italiana di Las Vegas, a local non-profit organization and Las Strega Trattoria will host a White Truffle Dinner at 6 p.m. on Monday, November 11, 2019, at La Strega, 3555 S. Town Center Dr. Ste., 105, Las Vegas, NV 89135
The evening will include a four-course truffle dinner and wine pairing. The dinner will be followed by “Hopeful Notes”, movie premier. A film that takes an in-depth approach on the lives of children affected by cancer presented by Italian film director and producer Valerio Zanoli on Friday, November 15th at 6pm at the Windmill Library. The highlight of the day will include an award ceremony to recognize and honor 7 St. Jude Community donors; Mark Lindsey, Cliff & Darlene Miller, Kari & Trent Scarlett and Kevin & Diana Lucero.
All proceeds from the dinner will benefit the mission of St. Jude; Finding cures. Saving children.® Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push overall survival rates for childhood cancer from less than 20 percent when the hospital opened in 1962 to 80 percent today.
