La La Noodle Coming to Park MGM this Fall
Hand-Pulled Noodle Eatery’s November Opening Expands Culinary Program for Newly Transformed Las Vegas Resort
Park MGM adds to its portfolio of original restaurants with La La Noodle, a new concept, debuting this November. Serving authentic Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai cuisine, La La Noodle will be a casual destination where guests will enjoy a lively yet relaxed atmosphere while savoring a selection of noodle, seafood, meat, vegetable and rice dishes.
“La La Noodle’s covered outdoor patio and prime location near Park Theater will make it the ideal pre- or post-show destination,” said Park MGM President & COO Patrick Miller. “Whether it’s a quick lunch from the walk-up counter or a big family-style dinner, La La Noodle will deliver fun and flavorful culinary experiences for Park MGM guests.”
Named after the Mandarin term for pulled – 拉 (pronounced lah) – La La Noodle will feature familiar and savory hand-pulled noodle dishes such as Pork Belly Noodles and Chicken Chow Mein, as well as regional delicacies such as Hong Kong Seafood Crispy Noodles with shrimp, scallops and squid. In addition to noodles, mouthwatering entrées will round out the menu including Vietnamese Braised Catfish, served in a clay pot with fish sauce, chiles and garlic.
The restaurant’s minimalist design, conceptualized by New York City’s Parts and Labor Design, will harmonize with the kitchen’s hand-crafted menu. The music program will be a throwback to the 1980s, when America’s growing interest in authentic Chinese cuisine collided with Western music in a euphoric cultural exchange.
With the addition of La La Noodle, Park MGM will be one step closer to its full transformation from the former Monte Carlo into a new Las Vegas resort experience created by Sydell Group and MGM Resorts. The collaborative vision reimagines every element of the central Strip property and creates two new distinct hotel experiences: Park MGM, and a Las Vegas version of Sydell’s widely acclaimed NoMad Hotel.
