La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway to Kick-Off the Big Game
with Tailgate-Style Bites
La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas will host the ultimate Big Game viewing party, featuring an elevated tailgate fare served butler-style, on Sunday, Feb. 3. Selections will be prepared by executive chef, William DeMarco.
The Big Game tailgate menu will feature potato croquettes, served with raclette fondue and toasted garlic; short rib tacos, topped with avocado crema, tomato and cilantro; angus mini burgers with mushroom duxelle and chipotle aioli; crispy fish tacos on a corn tortilla with tomatillo salsa; mini chicken gyros, with tzatziki and pear chutney; ahi tuna poke with avocado, cilantro and spicy mayo; chicken flatbread with sweet chili, garlic aioli and red onion; tomato mozzarella flatbread, topped with capers and basil oil; lollipop chicken wings, served with bleu cheese fondue; baked meatballs with creamy polenta and house marinara; Tuscan black kale with goat cheese, apple and almond vinaigrette; heirloom tomato salad with mozzarella and balsamic; loaded tater tots, served with sour cream, bacon and brown gravy; white cheddar popcorn; and macaroni salad with green chilis and cheese sauce. La Cave will also serve a variety of desserts including cupcakes, muffins, cheesecake and cookies.
Priced at $129 per person, La Cave will serve tailgate bites from 2:30 p.m. until the end of the football game. A bottomless beverage package will be offered, priced at an additional $90 per person, including house and premium spirits; red, white and sparkling wine; and draft and bottled beer.
