Race fans will want to dash to La Cave to take advantage of extended butler brunch service
and a special race weekend menu sure to get engines revving

Morton Group’s illustrious dining destination, La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway, located at Wynn Las Vegas, has unveiled a grand prix fixe four-course menu and extended butler brunch from Friday, Nov. 22 to Sunday, Nov. 24 in honor of the Big Race’s return to Las Vegas.

From renowned restaurateurs Jenna and Michael Morton, the newly remodeled La Cave’s exclusive race weekend menu begins with a choice between a hamachi and tuna crudo with pickled cucumber and truffle ponzu, or a baby kale salad topped with shaved apples, goat cheese and an almond vinaigrette for the first course. The second course features a four-ounce lobster tail served with a roasted tomato risotto and broccolini. For the third course, guests can choose between an eight-ounce filet mignon served with a creamy white polenta and mushroom fondue; a seven-ounce sea bass served with asparagus and half-boneless cioppino broth; or roasted chicken with baby heirloom beets and lemon butter. The final course will showcase decadent dessert items to be announced later.

La Cave will also extend their renowned butler brunch, Priced at $69, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Friday through Sunday. The brunch enhances La Cave’s traditional bottomless brunch bar with the addition of bottomless Ketel Botanical spritzes and bottomless champagne from the prestigious French winehouse, Collet, for an additional $64.

Race week will also feature an exclusive wine program at La Cave. Far Niente’s 2022 chardonnay from Napa Valley, California will be available for $39 by the glass or $155 for the bottle; Hawk and Horse Vineyard’s 2010 cabernet sauvignon from Red Hills Lake County, California will be available for $55 by the glass or $220 for the bottle; and Renato Ratti’s 2019 “Barolo Marcenasco” from Piedmont, Italy will be available for $35 by the glass or $140 for the bottle.
