La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway Debuts a Brunch Spring Makeover With Fresh New Dishes

Spring ushers in a refreshed brunch experience at Jenna Morton and Michael Morton’s premier dining destination with a lineup of new dishes.

La Cave Wine and Food Hideaway, Morton Group’s serene dining destination located inside Wynn Las Vegas, has announced new additions to the restaurant’s acclaimed butler-style brunch. Served tableside in small portions to offer a variety of selections in a relaxing setting, La Cave offers nearly two dozen thoughtfully portioned brunch dishes. Curated by Culinary Director William DeMarco, new brunch selections highlight a variety of fresh ingredients and flavors, just in time for spring.

New selections are available now and include a mini egg frittata with roasted tomato and gouda; avocado crostini topped with pickled red onion and sesame; brown sugar pecan waffle with candied pecans and a brown sugar glaze; and a hearts of palm and artichoke salad with garbanzo beans, white beans, avocado and ice wine vinaigrette. Refreshing new mocktails and cocktails include a vibrant paloma made with blanco tequila, grapefruit soda and lime; a pomegranate tea made with vodka, pomegranate, passion fruit iced tea and lemonade; and the classic Aperol spritz made with Aperol, sparkling wine and soda. Other brunch cocktails include expertly crafted cocktails, and an impressive collection of rosé, white and  red wines.

These delicious additions join La Cave’s lineup of beloved brunch favorites, including the bacon and egg flatbread, filet mignon eggs benedict, cinnamon apple waffles, Snickers pancakes served with bananas foster and tomato mozzarella flatbread, prepared in La Cave’s wood-fired oven. Servers continually circulate the dining room with trays of each dish to present directly to guests, ensuring an elevated brunch experience.

Available on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., guests can enjoy La Cave’s decadent butler-style tray-passed brunch in the tranquility of the restaurant’s beautifully renovated garden lounge, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto a charming terrace, offering picturesque views of lush gardens, the pool and the Sphere. The all-you-can-eat brunch experience is available for $54 per adult, with the option to add bottomless libations for an additional $34.
