La Cave to reopen late summer.
La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway, one of Las Vegas’ most revered dining destinations since opening at Wynn Las Vegas in 2010, closed for a partial remodel starting Monday, May 27. La Cave will reopen in late summer with a remodel that embraces the timeless, European sensibility the awarded restaurant is beloved for.
La Cave’s founders, renowned restaurateurs Jenna Morton and Michael Morton of Morton Group, are collaborating with award-winning designer Karen Herold, who orchestrated La Cave’s original design.

Famed restaurateurs Jenna and Michael Morton introduced La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway in 2010 to explore wine and flavorful cuisine in a picturesque setting. The restaurant and wine bar serves a menu of modern American small plates inspired by global flavors under the culinary direction of acclaimed chef, William DeMarco.
