The Edge Pavilion Announces Stacked
Tribute Band Line Up for Fall 2024
Laughlin’s premier live entertainment venue, The Edge Pavilion, located at Edgewater Casino Resort, will feature a lineup of rockin’ and groovin’ cover acts this fall including the femme tour-de-force Latin Divas Tribute with Adelaide Pilar on Saturday, Sept. 14, Spandex Nation, a salute to ‘80s hair bands, on Saturday, Oct. 5 and Hot August Nights – A Tribute to Neil Diamond with Barrie Cunningham on Saturday, Oct. 26.
Vocalist Adelaide Pilar pays homage to her favorite Latina artists Gloria Estefan, Celia Cruz and Selena in her show, Latin Divas Tribute. She seamlessly blends her Latina and Mexican-American roots for an unforgettable live performance featuring hit after hit from these legendary artists. Pilar’s fiery live performances are a must-see celebration of Latina music heritage.
Celebrating the music, the hair and the spandex of rock ‘n’ roll’s most iconic decade, Spandex Nation has wowed audiences around the country with heartfelt performances of the greatest hits of the 80s bolstered by nostalgic and gaudy costumes. Paying homage to bands such as Mötley Crüe, Van Halen, Whitesnake and more, Spandex Nation will rock Laughlin audiences with energetic live performances of iconic hits including “Girls, Girls, Girls,” “Jump,” and “Livin’ on a Prayer.”
Producer, entertainer, singer and musician Barrie Cunningham will present Hot August Nights – A Tribute to Neil Diamond, a high-energy musical experience featuring some of Diamond’s greatest hits from the 60s to the present. Cunningham will belt out faithful renditions of hits like “Cherry Cherry,” “Sweet Caroline,” “Song Sung Blue” and more while accompanied by the Hot August Nights Band and their stunning background singers, the Diamond Girls. A veteran performer, Barrie has delivered Diamond covers to audiences worldwide for years and will bring his show to Laughlin for the very first time.
Tickets for all three shows will start at $25 and go on sale to the public on Thursday, Aug. 8, beginning at 10 a.m. PDT.
