  • Monday, Jan. 13 through Sunday, Jan. 19: Byron Kennedy featuring Patrick DeGuire

Byron Kennedy removed himself from a highly successful career in radio and the music business after his comedy trajectory took him from open mic nights to being featured in Las Vegas and beyond. Kennedy explains his fast start is exceedingly simple: “I f— hate meetings.” While still working as a record label executive, Kennedy dove into his comedy side hustle and took any slot he could at clubs in Nashville and Los Angeles. His irreverent, observational style and natural storytelling flair gelled quickly. All of which led him to a four-night opening stint in Las Vegas. Fueled by his success in Vegas, Kennedy was able to secure a featured slot at a gig in the state of Washington. Similar gigs followed and eventually, he signed a comedy album deal with BMG/Broken Bow – the record label he previously hated being in meetings for as an executive. He has since toured extensively throughout the United States and overseas and in October 2022, Kennedy made his debut on the Grand Ole Opry stage.

Patrick DeGuire started performing stand-up after suffering from a disease affecting his vision and discovering that laughter was therapeutic. Shortly after starting his comedic career, DeGuire won the Improv competition at Harrah’s National Comedy Club Talent Search. He has also appeared on Comedy Central and “Que Locos!” on Galavision and performed with top comedians such as Dave Attell, Tommy Davidson, George Lopez and Paul Rodriguez. In addition to headlining at top comedy clubs throughout the United States, he has performed for U.S. troops all over the world.

  • Monday, Jan. 20 through Sunday, Jan. 26: Alex Reymundo featuring Steven Roberts

Alex Reymundo’s first exposure to live stand-up comedy was in Arlington, Texas, where he proudly served drinks to the great Ron White before White went on stage. They later teamed up and traveled the nation together leaving their marks on the comedy scene. A few years on the road led Alex to Los Angeles where he instantly fit into the booming Latino comedy community. It wasn’t long before his success went national with Paramount Pictures’ “The Original Latin Kings of Comedy” alongside Paul Rodriguez, Cheech Marin, George Lopez and Joey Medina. Reymundo eventually released two one-hour comedy specials, “Hick-Spanic” and “Red-Nexican.” He has over 6 million views on CMT with Ron White’s “Salute to the Troops,” and was a producer and host on “The Payaso Comedy Slam” and “The Latin Divas of Comedy” on Showtime and Comedy Central. Reymundo later used his producer skills to launch a premium tequila label, “Number JUAN Tequila,” which he co-owns with Ron White.

Steven Roberts, known for his sharp wit and relatable humor, is a nationally recognized comedian and producer based in Las Vegas. In 2018, he was runner-up at the U.S. Comedy Contest at the Ice House Comedy Club in Los Angeles and, in 2014, served as host of The World Series of Comedy tour. He co-founded Nevada’s first LGBTQ+ comedy festival, “Laughed Out Queer Comedy Festival,” in 2020 and co-hosted the podcast “Video Jokers” from 2018 to 2022. Originally from the southwest, Roberts lives in Las Vegas with his husband of 18 years and their two dogs. His comedy, blending insights on Vegas life, Texan roots and gay fatherhood, resonates with audiences across the country.
