La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas
to Welcome NFR with Whiskey and Steak

La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway, the refined dining destination by Morton Group at Wynn Las Vegas, will welcome rodeo fans with a limited-edition cocktail from Thursday, Dec. 5 through Saturday, Dec. 14.

The newly reimagined restaurant from Jenna and Michael Morton will offer a distinctive NFR-inspired blackberry whiskey sour, available exclusively during the event. Crafted with Crown Royal whisky, blackberry liqueur, fresh lemon juice, blackberry simple syrup, egg white, and orange bitters, the cocktail is garnished with a fresh blackberry and priced at $19. This inventive libation complements La Cave’s celebrated collection of handcrafted cocktails and an expertly curated wine list.

The cuisine, overseen by Morton Group culinary director, William DeMarco, is highlighted by shareable plates for a dining experience that welcomes exploration. Recommended pairings for the specialty cocktail include one of La Cave’s new menu additions: a six-ounce New Zealand lamb served with mascarpone polenta, spinach, garlic, and capers, priced at $32. Signature favorites such as the six-ounce sirloin steak accompanied by shishito peppers, shiitake mushrooms, and salsa verde, and the beef filet crostini with blue cheese, truffle cream, and a port wine reduction, each priced at $36, also make for flavorful accompaniments. Complementary sides include the truffle mushroom grits made with pecorino and truffle oil, and crushed fingerling potatoes made with bacon and sour cream; each priced at $14.

Reservations during NFR are being accepted now on SEVENROOMS, on the website, or by calling 702-770-3607. Additional information about La Cave can be found by visiting the website or on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
